Brian Gratz is a Creative Director and Filmmaker known for national television commercial campaigns and cinematic brand storytelling that have reached millions of viewers across broadcast and digital platforms. His work blends high-level production discipline with emotionally resonant visual storytelling, helping brands communicate with clarity, credibility, and impact.

After military service, Brian founded Gratz Creative and Gratz Films, where he has directed and produced national television campaigns, branded content, and documentary-style films. His portfolio includes work with Amazon, Papa Murphy’s, Berkshire Hathaway, the United States Air Force, Bespoke Concierge MD, as well as broadcast collaborations involving the NFL and ESPN.
Brian holds a master’s degree in digital marketing from Arizona State University and also studied video production and business through the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication as part of his graduate training. He earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, giving him a foundation that bridges audience psychology, brand strategy, and cinematic execution.
At Bespoke Concierge MD, Brian leads multimedia production with a focus on creating compelling, high-trust visual storytelling across television, digital, and social platforms. His role supports the brand’s mission by translating complex healthcare ideas into polished, engaging media that strengthens patient connection and expands reach.
