Chief Executive Officer

Dr Fadul combines expertise in Family Practice, Occupational Health, Aerospace Medicine, and Addiction Medicine with leadership experience in telehealth and digital healthcare innovation. His passion lies in delivering personalized, cutting-edge care while leveraging technology to enhance patient outcomes.

Michael Ednie, MD, RD

Chief Medical Officer | Director of Concierge Services

Dr Ednie brings over 30 years of experience blending the expertise of a medical doctor, chef, and registered dietitian to deliver exceptional, personalized care. His holistic approach focuses on optimizing your health through tailored solutions that integrate medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle for a truly comprehensive healthcare experience.

Phyllis Nsiah-Kumi, MD, MPH

Chief Women's Health Officer

Dr. Phyllis Nsiah-Kumi is a leader recognized for her clinical expertise, academic work, and award-winning service to the U.S. military and veterans. Deeply dedicated to women’s health, culturally competent care, and health equity, she is an outstanding concierge physician for patients seeking personalized, empathetic care.

Matthew Burk

Chief Information Security Officer

Matt leads cybersecurity strategy and safeguards sensitive patient and organizational data. With over two decades of expertise in cybersecurity, firewall management, and cloud infrastructure, he is deeply committed to creating secure, trusted health systems. Matthew’s extensive certifications make him a trusted guardian of digital privacy and security for Bespoke Concierge MD’s discerning clientele.

Anthony 'Donny' Donahue, MMSc

Chief Financial Officer

Anthony leverages more than 20 years of leadership across special operations, global health delivery, and corporate finance. Drawing from his distinguished background as a Navy SEAL Officer, Air Force Pararescueman, and Harvard Medical School graduate, Anthony optimizes financial strategy while aligning resources with the organization’s commitment to personalized, high-value patient care.

Michael Policastro, MD, CPE, FACEP, FACMT

VP of Business Development

Dr Policastro brings extensive experience in clinical care and leadership. A Colonel in the USAF and Squadron Commander, he specializes in Emergency Medicine, Military Medicine, and Medical Toxicology. He utilizes his diverse background to focus on Peptides and other Precision Medicine techniques.

Precious Barnes, DO, MS

Director of Primary Care Services

Dr Barnes specializes in Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, with a particular focus on Fertility and Women's Health issues. . Fluent in American Sign Language and Spanish, she brings over a decade of expertise in delivering personalized, evidence-based care for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Preston Fedor, MD, FACEP, FAEMS

Director of EMS Services

Dr. Preston Fedor is a highly skilled Emergency Medicine physician specializing in acute trauma, disaster, and emergency medical services. He combines a passion for medicine in austere environments with a passion to help people excel beyond their perceived boundaries.

Christine Kohn, MD, PharmD

Director of Population Health Strategy

Dr. Christine Kohn is a Harvard-trained Primary Care Physician and health strategist who blends relationship-based care with advanced analytics to create personalized, evidence-driven care plans. She thoughtfully uses technology so patients feel both known and supported.

Brian Gratz

Director of Multimedia Production

Brian Gratz is the Director of Multimedia Production at Bespoke Concierge MD and a Creative Director and Filmmaker known for national television campaigns and cinematic brand storytelling. He previously served seven years on active duty as a Creative Producer for the Department of Defense and American Forces Network, delivering mission-critical broadcasts worldwide.
